Let me introduce myself, my name is Ryan Moore.
Growing up in Overland Park, I always felt a deep connection to the Kansas City community. It's where my roots are, where I learned the values of hard work and dedication, and where I experienced the thrill of competitive athletics. But as I ventured beyond the Midwest, I noticed a gap – a lack of access to all recovery treatments that were becoming increasingly popular on the East and West Coasts.
In 2024, a getaway to New York sparked a desire within me and a motivation to bring more of those transformative experiences home. And so, Embody was born.
Embody isn't just a business; it's a culmination of my passions and entrepreneurial spirit. It's where my love for health and fitness meets a desire to serve my community by providing services that will empower individuals to reach their recovery goals.
The service focus will be on contrast therapy, a powerful form of recovery that combines the benefits of infrared sauna and cold plunge. This dynamic combination of hot and cold therapy offers numerous benefits, including things like
