Dual Immersion: A Single, Transformative Experience

Each therapy session is scheduled in a private suite as a place to refresh and recharge individually or to enjoy as a shared experience.

Private suites are equipped with a full-spectrum infrared sauna, cold plunge and amenities including towels and built-in bluetooth speaker.

Sessions are broken into 25 and 40-minute increments to fit your busy schedule while still maximizing impact. Recommended frequency of 1-4 times per week, depending on your comfort, overall wellness and recovery needs.

Fire

Infrared Sauna

Begin with 8-12 minutes of deep, penetrating warmth in the infrared sauna (100-130°F). The full-spectrum technology uses near, mid, and far infrared light to heat your body from within, promoting relaxation and detoxification.

Cold Plunge

Complete each cycle with an invigorating 1–3-minute plunge in 48-50°F cold water. Shivers trigger succinate release, activating brown fat thermogenesis which will increase your caloric burn and accelerate your metabolism. Aim for 11 total minutes of cold exposure weekly.

Frequently asked questions

What should I wear to use the cold plunge and sauna?

Some article of clothing is required for in-studio contrast therapy. While a swimsuit is a more common option, comfortable athletic wear is also acceptable.

Can I bring a guest with me?

Yes, there are rooms available to accommodate both individual sessions as well as a shared experience with up to two guests per room. Note all guests will need to either purchase a one-time session or purchase/have a package or membership.

How often are the sauna and cold plunges cleaned?

Filtration technology for cold therapy tubs is important to filter dust, dirt particles and germs for sanitized and clean water. The Renu cold plunge has an enhanced double particle-filtration system to help maintain the highest quality water. Tubs are also drained and deep cleaned on a regular basis.

Saunas are cleaned between sessions to ensure a sanitized experience for our members.

Do you provide water?

Yes, water in addition to electrolytes and other refreshments are available for purchase at the studio.

Do you provide towels?

Yes, towels will be provided and available in your private suite upon arrival for your session.

Do you provide showers?

We do not provide showers for our studio experience. Our studio follows the Søeberg Principle of “end your cold exposure without external rewarming”. In laymen’s terms —let your body reheat naturally after cold exposure therapy rather than immediately heading into a warm shower or sauna. This will force your body to heat on its own to supercharge your metabolism.

Should contrast therapy end on hot or cold?

End on cold to align with the Søeberg Principle of allowing your body to reheat naturally to unlock full metabolic benefit.

What is the recommended time for each therapy?

Recommended time during your session varies based on comfortability, goal is to reach a total of 11 minutes of cold exposure per week with up to 30 minutes of sauna 1-4 times per week.
