Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than six hours’ notice will be subject to a loss in session and a possible service fee. Further detail can be found in the booking terms and conditions via our third party booking software.

3. Memberships and Packages

Memberships and session packages are non-transferable and non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. It is your responsibility to use sessions within the validity period, if applicable.

4. Health and Wellness Disclaimer

Embody provides wellness-focused services including contrast therapy, not medical treatment. You acknowledge:

• Services are not a substitute for professional medical advice or diagnosis
• You should consult your physician before starting any wellness program
• You assume full responsibility for your health during sessions

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual for safety or wellness concerns.
